Under the patronage of Professor Mahmoud Jawad Abu Al-Shaeer, the respected Dean of Al-Rafidain University College, an awareness and educational seminar was held on “Drug Abuse and the Spread of Psychoactive Substances in Society” on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, as part of the activities of the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Division for the 2024-2025 academic year.
The seminar was supervised by Ms. Nada Adnan Taher, Head of the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Division, and Ms. Basma Muhammad Khalil, Head of the Activities Unit in the scientific departments of the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Division.
The seminar was delivered by Major Ali Mohsen Jassim and Captain Noor Tawfiq Hadi from the Ministry of Interior / Minister’s Office / Public Relations Department, where they addressed the topic of drug abuse, its negative effects on individuals and society, ways of prevention, and how to combat its spread.visit Our News Section
