Higher Education Minister Meets Iraqi Media Network Chief to Boost Collaboration
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, welcomed the Head of the Iraqi Media Network, Karim Hammadi, and his delegation to explore avenues for enhancing cooperation between academia and the national media sector.
Dr. Al-Aboudi praised the Iraqi Media Network’s role in delivering professional coverage of local, regional, and global affairs while showcasing governmental achievements and public service initiatives. He highlighted the ministry’s ongoing modernization efforts, which focus on:

• Securing WFME recognition for Iraq’s National Council for Accreditation of Medical Colleges.
• Expanding the Study in Iraq initiative to attract foreign students.
