Under the patronage of Dr. Mahmoud Jawad Abu Al-Shaer, the esteemed Dean of Al-Rafidain University College, and under the supervision of Ms. Maha Kazem Abdul Head of Student Activities along with the presence of Mr. Saad Mohsen Al-Kinani Director of the Iraqi Chess Federation and international referee Mr. Nail Imad Saber the Sports Activities Unit represented by Captain Salam Abdulhameed and Captain Evan Ramzi Hossam organized a student chess championship on Wednesday October 16, 2024. The top four winners were as follows:
First Place: Yasser Ammar Faris
Second Place: Mustafa Munir Abdelkhaleq
Third Place: Ahmed Salahuddin
Fourth Place: Anas Muthanna Moafaq
