Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Mahmoud Jawad Abu Al-Shaer the esteemed Dean of Al-Rafidain University College a seminar titled “Professional Ethics and Their Role in Promoting Peaceful Coexistence and Spreading Values Among Staff” was held on Saturday October 26, 2024, in Annex Building No. 1. This seminar was part of the activities organized by the joint committee between private colleges and the University of Baghdad in collaboration with the College’s Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit for the academic year 2024-2025. It was supervised by Ms. Nada Adnan Tahir Head of the Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit and Dr. Hussein Al-Jashaamithe administrative supervisor for the building
The seminar was presented by Dr. Suhair Shaker Sadiq, Head of the Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at the College of Political Science Al-Mustansiriyah University She provided a detailed explanation of the concept of professional ethics and its connection to peaceful coexistence among staff in any institution whether educational or service-oriented The seminar also addressed ways to foster a sense of professional responsibility the ethics and mechanisms for implementing strategies to solidify and emphasize the importance of professional conduct as well as the practice of exemplary ethics to support and strengthen a productive characterThe event was attended by a group of faculty staff and students
