Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Mahmoud Jawad Abu Al-Shaer the esteemed Dean of Al-Rafidain University College a seminar titled “General Ethical Principles of Engineering Professions” was held on Sunday, October 27, 2024, in the main building This seminar was organized in collaboration with the College’s Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit for the academic year 2024-2025It was supervised by Ms. Nada Adnan Tahir Head of the Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit Ms. Basma Mohammed Khalil Head of the Scientific Departments Activities Unit and coordinated by Dr. Mustafa Abdel Salam Mustafa
The lecture was delivered by Dr. Mustafa Abdel Salam Mustafa from the Department of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering Techniques The seminar focused on guiding engineers behavior and ensuring the responsible practice of the profession Key principles discussed included public safety commitment to honesty and transparency in all aspects of work including providing accurate information Implementing these principles helps enhance credibility and trust in the engineering profession and promotes sustainable development in society.
