Under the patronage of the esteemed Professor Dr. Mahmoud Jawad Abu Shuaier, Dean of Rafidain University College, the university held its annual festival for graduation projects within the college premises on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at the main building – Palestine Street.
The festival was inaugurated by the respected dean of the college, along with the vice deans and heads of academic departments, in the presence of a gathering of faculty members. The event witnessed extensive participation from college students to showcase their creativity, academic excellence, and the fruits of their efforts during their years of study. They presented their distinctive projects, which represent their academic and applied achievements in reality, aiming to meet the demands of the job market and contribute to the betterment of our beloved Iraq.
The festival included the honoring of the dean with an Excellence Shield, in appreciation of his role in developing and advancing the college, as well as the recognition of the preparatory, adjudicating committees, project supervisors, and students who secured the top three positions in the medical, engineering, and scientific groups.
The festival concluded with a speech by Assistant Professor Dr. Samer Saeed Issa, the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, who praised the preparatory committees for the success of the event and highlighted its true objectives. He thanked everyone for this scientific and practical achievement that serves the job market for the greater good of Iraq.
