Seminar on “The Role of Women in the Educational Process”
Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Mahmoud Jawad Abu Al-Sheir, Dean of Al-Rafidain University College, an awareness seminar titled “Women Leadership in the Educational Process” was held on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at Building Al-Bunook – Annex No. (1).
The session was delivered by Lecturer Bushra Abdul-Latif Jassim, a faculty member in the Law Department and Head of the Guidance and Educational Counseling Unit.
During the seminar, she highlighted the leadership role of women in education, emphasizing their significant contributions to improving both the educational system and society at large. She explained how female leadership enhances the effectiveness of education, fosters innovative learning environments, and plays a crucial role in achieving balanced decision-making.
Moreover, the seminar stressed that women’s leadership in education extends beyond administrative positions—it embodies creativity, inclusivity, and positive change. Female leaders can significantly shape the future of education, inspiring generations to come and driving meaningful progress in the academic and social landscape.
