The Department of Mechanical Engineering, in collaboration with the Student Activities Unit, organized a seminar titled “Utilizing Cooling Towers in Industrial Systems” on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at the Main Building – Palestine Street.
The seminar was presented by Mr. Ali Najm Abdullah, a lecturer in the department, who explained the use of cooling towers in industrial systems for water cooling through the evaporation process, as well as their utilization in industries such as refining, chemical industries, manufacturing, energy, and others.
The seminar was attended by several students from the department.
