The Department of Business Administration, in collaboration with the Student Activities Unit at Rafidain College, organized a seminar titled “Legal Principles of Insurance” on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at the Main Building – Palestine Street.
The seminar was delivered by Dr. Huda Youssef Khattab, a lecturer in the department, who explained the legal principles of insurance, including the principle of contract, the legal principle of reciprocity, and the legal principle of good faith. These principles help in regulating the relationship between the insured and the insurance company.
The seminar was attended by a number of students from the department.
