On Saturday 12/10/2019, the Dean of Al-Rafidain University College (Professor Dr. Mahmoud Abu Al-Shair) and the representative of the British Institute Cambridge (Mr. Shahid Al-Saadi) signed a scientific cooperation agreement to develop and improve the level of teachers and students of the college and their family members in terms of the English language with listening, writing and speaking skills, including development towards obtaining the international IELTS certificate and other international tests in the future.
The two parties also agreed to strengthen the bonds of cooperation in the academic, scientific, teaching, cultural and development fields, all of which contribute to the progress of our country scientifically and civilly.
