A bag of 2cm attached to a sore tooth was carried out at Al-Rafidain University College clinics, and it was one of the complex cases facing our students. The bag had been detected during the routine extraction process that was conducted by the students. They found out that the patient was suffering from this bag after the clinical and radiological examination by the specialist Dr.Zaid Mustafa Akram, Ph.D. oral and facial and jaw surgery. the patient was transferred to the operation room and the bag was removed and the tooth was pushed inside the bag.
