A Memorandum of Understanding was signed on Wednesday, July 27th , 2022, between Tishk International University-Erbil (TIU) and AL-Rafidain University College (RUC) in order to establish strategic relationships for collaboration and advance academic, educational, and cultural exchange.The following are the most crucial points:
