The 15th cycle of the Riada Initiative, launched by the esteemed Prime Minister of Iraq Engineer Mohammed Shia’ Al-Sudani, was inaugurated under the auspices of Dr. Mahmoud Jawad Abu Al-Sha’er the esteemed Dean of Al-Rafidain University College The event took place in the Riada Initiative Hall opened by Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Samer Saeed Issa, in collaboration with the Student Activities Department, the Qualification, Employment and Follow-up Unit and led by the consultant trainer and head of student activities Ms. Maha Kazem Abd.
The five-day cycle runs from October 13 to 17, 2024, aiming to build and develop the skills of students and youth support innovative and creative ideas and help young people achieve their dreams by turning their economic ideas into reality. Participants gain skills in developing project plans and conducting feasibility studies themselves, enabling them to enter the labor market amid high unemployment rates and the challenges of securing jobs.
