A New Scientific Achievement – Dr. Nadia Basim
Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Mahmoud Jawad Abu Al-Shaer, Dean of Al-Rafidain University College, and with his continuous support for the educational journey, Dr. Nadia Basim, a faculty member in the Dentistry Department at Al-Rafidain University College, has achieved a new scientific breakthrough by obtaining a patent titled:
“Grafting Poly(methyl methacrylate) Polymer with Chlorhexidine-Halloysite Nanotubes and Its Use in Manufacturing Orthodontic Devices for Patients with Cleft Lip and Palate.”
The patent has been officially registered under the Ministry of Planning’s document No. 8357, issued on October 7, 2024.
