On the 26th of February 2019, a scientific seminar on the risks of drugs and psychotropic substances dealing and taking was held at the conference hall of Al-Rafidain university college. The seminar was,sponsored by Professor Dr. Mahmood Jawad Abu Al-Shaeer the Dean of Al-Rafidain university college in collaboration with the Children Organization and the Joint Committee in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Health and under the theme “Together for Drug-Free Iraq”.
