Dr. Mahmoud Jawad Abu Al-Sha’ir, the respected Dean of Rafidain University College, met with Dr. Mohammed Hameed Abd Al-Wahili, the respected Dean of the College of Law and Political Science at the University of Iraq, to sign a memorandum of understanding for scientific cooperation between the law departments. The signing ceremony was attended by representatives from Rafidain University College, including Assoc. Prof. Samer Saeed Issa, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, Assoc. Prof. Jasim Kazim Kabashi, Head of the Law Department, and Engineer Ahmed Dhafir, Media Unit Coordinator. The memorandum discussed conducting joint lectures and examinations, standardizing curricula, and exchanging academic experiences.
