To raise the level of tradition to increase the bonds of cooperation, a twinning and cooperation agreement was signed between Al-Rafidain University College, represented by the respected Dean Prof. Dr. (Mahmoud Jawad Abu Al-Shair).
And Al-Mustansiriya University, represented by the respected President of the University, Prof. Dr. (Hamid Fadel Hassan Al-Tamimi). The agreement stipulated cooperation in many aspects that lead to opening horizons and different fields, including teaching and scientific research.
The signing ceremony included the handing over of the University Shield by the President of Al-Mustansiriya University to the Dean of Al-Rafidain University College, in the presence of professors from both universities in the Al-Mustansiriya University.
